A National Summer Training Project Report Contest-2011


A National Summer Training Project Report contest-2011 was organized by Faculty of Management Studies; ITM Universe Gwalior on April 27, 2011.The objective of this contest was to attempt to integrate learning with practical exposure. Summer Training is the first brush of an MBA with the corporate world. It is an integral component of MBA curriculum at all business schools which has been effectively grooming future managers. It is an opportunity to network with corporate. During summer training, one interacts with several corporate at different levels. Making a good rapport with them can go a long way in helping your corporate career.

The contest is being organized for offering a platform to students of MBA to understand real life situations in organizations and their related environments, and accelerating the learning process of how his / her knowledge could be used in a realistic way and systematic introduction to corporate culture and development of requisite skills. The training report prepared by students exhibits how much a student is capable of scientific analysis of a problem and can approach the solution for the same in a systematic manner. Students of second year of MBA/ PGDBM participated from different B-schools of various places.
