Feedback from the Faculties on the FDP:
The mixed views are there from the faculties that it was valuable from the theoretical and fundamental basics of teaching pedagogy is concerned. But the Case-based pedagogy which is a very important Teaching Pedagogy is difficult to implement. The FDP was good in terms of providing information regarding various pedagogical tools of top B- Schools across globe but it lacked in implementing those tools in our context. A practical approach would have been more helpful. Even some views were that nothing new was taught to them
