ITM University has organized Second "Two Day Innovation Summit on 3-4 May 2013", This Innovation Summit-the only program of its type, is a gathering of hundreds of "thoughtful, iconoclastic doers" from different domains who share a common interest in practical solutions for Sustainable Competitive Advantage through global innovation. We will focus the most important development challenges of our time: Innovative Practices for Sustainable and Competitive Advantage. Our vision is ambitious, which is nothing less than to reshape the entire way we think about becoming the change that we wish to fee in the world.

The Summit served as a platform to explore practices concerning innovation in different sectors of society especially business organizations. The Summit offers a bridge which links companies, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), R&D Institutions, Academic entities & Universities and Business Incubators. It will be a forum to exchange innovative practices and will provide opportunities to explore cooperation in a variety of fields. Mr. P. Narhari Distt. Magistrate & Collector Gwalior in his Speech on " Innovation in Public Administration and the usage of Social Media" in this he talked about that how he used Social Media for enhancing the functioning of Administration to perform better in interest of Public, CEO of Aegis Global Academy talked on "Service Logic Innovation", on which he focused on how the concept of Service Logic Innovation can bring customer engagement at your door step and how Innovation can introduce Customer Ecosystem for sustainable business model. Similarly Mr. Varun Agrawal CEO & Founder of Aspiring Minds talks on "Employability leads to Multiple Innovation", their company has developed a software which can gauge the skills of employee to find fit between employment and employee.

In the second day of Summit CEO of IXIGO.Com Mr. Alok Bajpai talked about his innovative enterprise which he set to serve the travelling needs of Customers. In his topic " The New Economy: What they didn't teach us" he specifically mentioned that why even in the great recession period Countries like China and India survived. And finaly the session was wind up by the great lecture delivered by Mr. Gaurav Jain of Coldex by informing students about the innovation introduced in Cold Storage Business.
