He shared his experiences of using innovative practices in the government office and its impact on the employees of the EPFO.

Blesson George Head - Business HR, Jubilant Life Sciences Limited. Holistic and Senior HR Management professional in HR Management with rich exposure to entire gamut of HR function ranging from Strategic HR through Talent Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations to HR Policies & Processes, supported by 10 years of leadership roles involving HR strategy and top management liaison.

He shared his experience of devising, planning and implementing HR strategies after assessing current & future requirements as well as enhancing, developing and implementing superior yet practical processes/systems to realize the organizational objectives, in both established and start-up entities.
