CALL FOR PAPERS AND POSTERS

Original research papers on the above-mentioned topics are invited for oral/poster presentations. The delegate is required to submit the abstract to the email race2016@itmuniversity.ac.in. All accepted abstracts will be published in souvenir of the conference, which it to be released on the Inauguration day of the conference.
The Key note address, plenary lectures and Invited talks and contributed papers will be published (Hard/Soft copy) in conference proceedings with ISBN number.

Awards
Best oral/poster presentations will be awarded in the valedictory function of the conference in each category with first, second and third positions.

Guidelines for Paper submission
• The paper should contain original results with definite conclusions.
• The paper should not be submitted/published elsewhere.
• The commercialization/review papers should be avoided.
• Authors are requested to restrict to five pages (not more than 6000 words) including text, references, figures and tables, typed in Times New Roman Font (12 size) with 1.5 spacing. The detailed guideline can be downloaded from conference webpage from download section.
• The soft copy (word file) of the paper should be submitted to: race2016@itmuniversity.ac.in
• At least one of the authors has to register for the conference. A registered delegate is permitted to present one paper only.

Guidelines for Abstract submission
• One page abstract with experimental findings on A4 size paper (not more than 250 worlds) typed in Times New Roman Font (12 size) with single spacing should be submitted before the deadline.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation
• Each poster will be allotted a board space measuring 120 x 150 cm (48”x60”).
• Drawing pins or thumb tags will be provided.
• The text should be rendered with a sufficiently large font to be legible from a distance of 1-2 meter. Graphs, tables, figures, photographs or maps may be used within the limits of the board space allocated.
• All poster presentations will be in English.
• Handwritten posters will not be accepted.

1. The delegates are requested strictly to adhere to the above guidelines.
