The first two days 27th and 28th the programme began with various sports activities in which participation was in abundance, for instance 10 teams in cricket, 27 participants in badminton, 20 participants in table tennis, 25 participants in chess etc.

By participating in various activities students got exposure to explore various managerial skill sets by becoming a part of events like simulation games and Bizz quiz .As it was a "learn with fun" activity students very actively organised all the events. Participation in bizz quiz was more than expected as no fee was charged for participation so that everyone gets a chance to learn.

Along with sports various cultural events were held at SOB and VSB. The auditions and initial rounds took place 30th & 1st followed by their finale on 2nd may 2013.On final day three CEO's Ms. Sabiha kidwai , Mr. Mahendra bhadoria and Ms. Rashmi Bhargav were invited as chief guests from various esteemed organizations. Their presence added immense value to the meaning of this management fest. Their speech motivated students about the management of real business organization in well organized manner.
