ACCOMODATION

Gwalior has a number of hotels with tariff starting from INR 1000/- onwards per day. Hotels are located within a radius of about 10 Km from ITM University campus. Those who are desirous of hotel accommodation are requested to inform the organizers well in advance.
For accommodation, a person is required to fill in accommodation form and send it to race2016@itmuniversity.ac.in.


In-House Accommodation
In-house accommodation will be arranged in student hostels (separately for boys and girls) at ITM University Gwalior campus on charge basis with first-come-first-served policy. The approximate charge for two night’s accommodation will be 1000 per person which includes three breakfasts and two dinners as complimentary.

VENUE
RACE-2016 conference is scheduled from 04th to 05th March 2016, at ITM University Gwalior, Turari Campus, N.H.-75, Jhansi Road, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. The venue offers excellent ultra modern audio/visual presentation facilities for the conduct of parallel technical sessions in multi air-conditioned conference and seminar halls.
