REGISTRATION
Registration for the conference can be done online or the registration form can be filled and sent
along with the necessary fee. Prior registration is necessary for all participants. The details of
registration fee are as follows. The last date of registration is March 01, 2016.
The Demand Draft (DD) will be drawn in favour of “Registrar ITM University Gwalior”, payable at
Gwalior. Registration form can be downloaded from website (www.itmuniversity.ac.in).
Online payment can be made to UCO Bank, Sithouli Branch, Gwalior,
A/c No. 24660210000090, IFSC code: UCBA0002466
and details of transaction should be communicated to organizing secretary of the conference.

Group Registration:
A group of five members’ registration from the same lab or institute will
get the sixth registration as a complementary registration. A group of 3 members’ registration
from the same lab or institute will get a 50 % concession for the fourth registration.

Access to scientific sessions • Access to exhibition • Session break coffee, tea and snacks
• 2 days lunch
Research Scholars (Full-Time Scholar) and students should produce the bonafide certificate
from the head of the institution. Registration fees for the accompanying person include
participation in inaugural and concluding sessions, admission to exhibition, conference lunch.
Registered delegates will receive confirmation letter through mail.
